Charlotte Skyline

The picture below was taken from the Central Ave. bridge over Independence Blvd. After the American Revolution, Charlotte was consistently bustling city. During post-American Revolution Charlotte became a center for mining, which led to the emergence of mints and banks. Charlotte later became a center for the textile industry after the Civil War. The twentieth century brought a return to the growth in the banking institution.
