Description: Located in Oakwood Cemetery in High Point, NC. The monument is an obelisk on a concrete or stone base. The base is now painted with the Confederate battle flag (the monument being at the center).

Unveiling & Dedication: Julian S Carr and F. C. Robbins of Lexington gave speeches.
